I can't tell you how impressed I was by what I could see of your Faces of Winter exhibition - from its organization through its execution. The site highliting your events had all the energy and excitement I've begun to associate with CSOPA, and more.
... On a personal note, congratulations on your honorable mention. From the photo of you and your clients at the bottom - and the portraits behind you, it is apparent that you aren't the sort of portrait artist who is afraid to tackle an ambitious size and scope. They looked great! Congratulations again to you and everyone at CSOPA. You are doing an outstanding job!

You, Jeanine, are the one who really deserves to be commended. You have created an association for Connecticut portrait artists out of a total void. In less than 1 1/2 years, through your boundless energy and unwavering enthusiasm, you have established an organization that not only promotes portraiture to the public, but provides both support and educational opportunities for its members as well. You have established an exceptionally competent and spirited support staff that deserves to be applauded for the time and effort they contributed in make Faces of Winter the great success it was.
